Mortgage Brokers Act of B.C.

Please note that Pearl Tingle, Ted Lee or ClearDay Financial under the Mortgage Brokers Act of B.C. cannot:

	Engaging in the businesses of soliciting borrowers for the purpose of mortgage referrals;
	Taking mortgage applications;
	Explaining mortgage terms and options;
	Reviewing mortgage documentations;
	Obtaining credit checks; and
	Providing mortgage advice, including advice on how to deal with mortgage proceeds or mortgage payments.
